The Gender Equity in Hiring Project challenged gender bias in hiring and employment processes in North American Jewish organizational life, to help women rise into positions of leadership. It equipped Jewish organizations with knowledge and support as they developed the mindset, skills, and strategies necessary to advocate for and experiment with organizational change and culture shifts.
