Rosh Hashanah is a time to reflect on where we have been, imagine what is possible, and enter the new year with renewed purpose.
At the Hadassah Foundation, we are doing just that. As we begin 5787, we are excited to share our new 2026–2029 Strategic Plan, which outlines an ambitious vision for the Foundation’s next chapter.
Over the past 27 years, the Hadassah Foundation has invested millions of dollars in organizations advancing the lives of women and girls in Israel and the United States. Our new strategic plan builds on that strong foundation while challenging us to think bigger about the role we can play in creating lasting change.
In the years ahead, we will significantly grow our grantmaking, deepen our investment in the organizations and movements advancing gender equity, foster greater collaboration across the field, and inspire more Jewish philanthropists to prioritize women and girls.
At the heart of this plan is a simple belief: We can accomplish more when we work together. Our role is not only to provide funding. It is to bring people together, strengthen relationships, share knowledge, and help build a larger community committed to ensuring that women and girls have the resources and opportunities to thrive and lead.
A new year gives us an opportunity to imagine what can be different—and to recommit ourselves to helping make that future possible.
